Day 123: The Problem Of Tax Evasion

Offshore tax havens, the rich stashing their cash, tax shelters, all of these are just benign words/phrases for TAX EVASION which is a crime in most countries, supposedly a ‘victimless’ crime. But it is far from victimless as it is causing widespread funding cuts on many fronts within many towns, villages, and cities in several countries worldwide. Taxes are used to support the society in its totality which has a ripple effect down to each individual and directly effects the public in many ways: schools, roads, hospitals to name but a few. These three areas are supported largely by taxes collected by the government from individual citizens and businesses.  Therefore, there is a ripple effect of negative consequence from the federal/provincial funding ‘cuts’ that result from not enough money in the federal/provincial pool of funds to run the country. Please see:

For example lets consider government cuts to health care in Canada over the last few years, this has resulted in less nursing staff in the hospitals, a staff that is often stressed mentally, physically, being over-worked and over tired and UNDERPAID.  Some nurses admitted recently to a CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp.) investigative reporter, they feel the care they are able to provide is sub-standard/below what it should be and they would not want to be a patient in the hospital they are working in! Please refer to this site for this audio:   And this shocking article about hospital lack of cleanliness,

Within the implementation of EMC, Equal Money Capitalism, individual personal and business income tax will not exist, being completely replaced by a VAT (value added tax) added to each product in a way to make sure there is enough within the common pool of money – which is the tax – to ensure all the basic rights can be provided. At the same time, there will be no military expenditure, therefore, there will be quite a substantial amount of money available to governments with which to fund projects of housing, sanitation, road construction/maintenance, etc.  Health care and education will be free.   For further reference, read  the Equal Money  Wiki       Participate-Vote on Goals Here:   Equal Money System   Ask Questions on the Forum Here:   Equal Money Forum
‘Any surplus profit that successful companies make, will be transferred to a bank.
Banks in an EMC will exist as financial intermediaries, gathering surpluses to cover deficits in other places. So – the banks will be in charge of providing extra funds to companies who are running a deficit. This point will always be temporary and the required funding will lessen as there is an intervention that takes place and action is taken to make the company more effective and able to compete.
When companies with deficits are identified – someone will be sent to intervene, because it might indicate that the company is not effective. Then the problem must be identified and they have to learn from those companies that are successful – so that all may become equally successful and effective within managing resources and distributing goods and services.’ Economist’s Journey To Life  Day 167: Harmony and Equilibrium within Equal Money Capitalism.

Currently profit is the money a company makes after they have covered their costs, including paying out wages. In an EMC – profit comprises of all the added value that is placed on resources – which is your labour. Therefore – within the price, the percentage share must be included of each one that was part of the creation of the product in such a way that each one ends up with an equal share of the company’s profits, so – there will be no need for wages – as the profit becomes your wage.

If a company at any time makes more money than they need to provide each one with their equal share of the profit as well as covering their costs – those monies will go into a fund that is responsible for assisting companies that are not making sufficient to cover their costs and provide each one with their fair share. That way a balancing effect takes place so that all companies are not only cooperatives in how they cooperate internally – but all cooperate with each other as well.

*No more of the lucky few being able to live solely in self-interest, by stashing away/hiding huge sums of money for themselves and their families (and generations to come)

*There will result enough money flow from companies, to the governments, to support the population with the necessities to live a life of dignity and enjoyment

*This will result in hospital employees who are stable mentally and physically to provide excellent health care for all
